InternPick is hosted on Google Cloud / Firebase in the U.S. commercial cloud. We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures for a school work-based learning platform.
What is live today
- Encryption in transit (TLS) for web and API traffic
- Role-based access: staff see their school; business hosts see assigned placements and hours
- Firebase Authentication; admin MFA available
- Firestore rules isolate schools; District A cannot browse District B
- Change log for access and export history
- Student AI resume assist off until the school turns it on
- No Google Analytics while anyone is signed in
What we do not claim yet
SOC 2 Type II, district SSO, and SIS sync are on the roadmap. We will not list another vendor’s cloud audit as if it were InternPick’s own report.
