Your partner in privacy and compliance

FERPA does not issue a vendor certificate. InternPick is FERPA-ready: a signed Student Data Privacy Agreement, school-controlled access, and the product controls described here.

FERPA (United States)

We collect, receive, and use student personal information as a school official that performs an outsourced institutional function, subject to the direction and control of the school. Your school remains responsible for FERPA notices, consents, and board policy.

COPPA (where it applies)

InternPick does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without appropriate school authorization and any required parental consent. High-school CTE programs are the primary audience. The school provides required notices.

State student-privacy laws

The DPA and product posture support common U.S. K-12 vendor expectations: purpose limitation, no student-data advertising, school control, breach notice, and deletion on exit. State laws vary. Districts may still require their own NDPA or exhibit. The public DPA is the baseline.

What we have not signed or certified

We have not claimed iKeepSafe FERPA or COPPA seals, a Student Privacy Pledge badge, 1EdTech TrustEd, Common Sense ratings, or state-specific NDPA exhibits as already executed. Those are optional later packages, not a substitute for the DPA.
