The same Privacy Policy schools already review
We did not write a second privacy policy for this hub. The binding text is the public Privacy Policy. The notes below are the school-relevant commitments already in that policy and the DPA.
School official under FERPA
When a school accepts the Student Data Privacy Agreement, InternPick acts as a school official with a legitimate educational interest under FERPA’s school official exception (34 CFR § 99.31(a)(1)), under the school’s direct control.
No sale, no student ads
InternPick does not sell, rent, or license personal information for monetary consideration, and does not use student data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Children and student accounts
The Service is directed to schools coordinating student programs. InternPick does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without appropriate school authorization and any required parental consent.
Analytics
Optional Google Analytics 4 runs only on public pages while a visitor is signed out, and only after that visitor allows it. Signed-in product use does not load GA4.
